You will
- Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you and your prospects are located, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, and TCPA.
- Use the data for legitimate B2B communications from a real business, with a real reply-to address.
- Honor opt-outs immediately and permanently across all future campaigns.
- Include clear sender identification and a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
- Respect calling-time windows and Do-Not-Call registries where they apply.
You will not
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the data.
- Send unsolicited SMS or automated voice calls without prior express consent as required by law.
- Use the data for phishing, fraud, deceptive marketing, or any content that violates applicable law.
- Upload the data to third-party services in a manner that violates their terms.
Sensitive categories
We do not knowingly deliver data on protected/sensitive categories (health, race, religion, political affiliation, etc.). If you believe a delivered row contains such data, contact us for prompt removal.
Reporting abuse
If you receive outreach that appears to abuse a list we delivered, please contact us. We investigate all reports and will terminate customers who violate this policy.
