This Privacy Policy explains how ITM Leads collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to our website and customers of our Services.
Information we collect
- Contact info you submit through order forms (name, email, phone, company, website).
- Order targeting details you provide (categories, geos, filters, custom-scrape scope).
- Consents (which policy checkboxes you accepted, and when).
- Technical data (IP address, user-agent, referrer, UTM parameters) for security and analytics.
- Payment metadata from Stripe (customer ID, session ID, payment status). Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order and send transactional emails/SMS about it.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in via the marketing checkbox.
- To detect fraud and enforce rate limits (IP + email are stored as one-way HMAC hashes).
Sharing
We share order data with our operational subprocessors, including our CRM/marketing platform (GoHighLevel) and our payment processor (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain order records for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of non-required personal data at any time.
Your rights

Security
Data is stored in encrypted-at-rest databases. Emails and IPs used for throttling are hashed with a server-side secret pepper. Order confirmation links use single-purpose high-entropy tokens.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
