Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our data. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Data-quality guarantee (productized packages)

  • If more than 5% of the rows in a delivered list are invalid (e.g. wrong contact, closed business, hard-bounced email), we will either re-run the affected rows or issue a pro-rata refund for those rows.
  • You must report quality issues within 14 days of delivery, with a short sample of the affected rows.

2. Before work begins

If you request a refund before we begin production, we will refund 100% (minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees).

3. Custom-quote projects

  • You can cancel a custom-quote project any time before payment at no charge.
  • After payment, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. Deliverables already produced are not refundable.

4. What is not refundable

  • Downstream business outcomes (opens, replies, meetings, revenue) are not covered.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may forfeit the guarantee.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@itmenterprise.com with your order reference. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method.
